This policy applies to the GoodThought Services described in this document and is subject to applicable law.

Corporate Services

GoodThought may provide wellbeing, mindfulness, content, expert, and digital Services to organizations and their authorized users.

Organization and User Roles

An organization may purchase or sponsor access for employees, contractors, or other authorized participants. Individual users remain responsible for their use of the Services.

Privacy

GoodThought will process organizational and individual user information according to the applicable agreement, order form, Privacy Policy, and applicable law. Organizations should not assume they receive individual Journal/Lumi content or private ORI information unless expressly agreed and legally permitted.

Confidentiality

GoodThought and the organization may be subject to additional confidentiality and data-processing obligations in a written agreement.

Expert Services

Where corporate programs include expert sessions, the applicable expert and marketplace rules continue to apply unless a written corporate agreement provides otherwise.

Acceptable Use

Corporate users must follow GoodThought’s Terms, Community Guidelines, Content Policy, and applicable organization policies.

Fees and Billing

Corporate pricing, invoicing, payment terms, taxes, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the applicable order form or corporate agreement.

Data Processing

Where GoodThought acts as a processor/service provider for organizational data, the parties will use an appropriate data-processing agreement where required.

Changes

Corporate agreements may contain terms that supplement or override these public terms for the specific corporate service.

Questions & Contact

Questions and notices may be directed to the applicable contact above.

Final Corporate Model

GoodThought uses a hybrid corporate model: standard per-seat offerings plus custom enterprise pricing and customized corporate wellness programs.

Seat Rules

A corporate seat is normally one named user entitlement. Corporate Admin may reassign an unused seat. Unclaimed-seat pricing, activation windows and renewal quantities may be configured by the applicable corporate agreement.

Privacy Boundary

Corporate Admin may manage seats, invitations, permitted identity details and organization-level reporting but cannot automatically access Journal/Lumi, private ORI, personal wellbeing or private expert-session content. GoodThought Super Admin retains platform-level administration without automatic unrestricted access to private content.
