ORI

ORI is GoodThought’s AI-powered content and experience discovery assistant. Its current role is to help users discover relevant GoodThought content, features, and experiences.

Not a Mental-Wellness Clinician

ORI is not presented as a therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, doctor, diagnostic system, or mental-health treatment provider.

Data and Personalization

ORI may use information provided directly by the user and, where explicitly authorized, individual Journal/Lumi entries. Journal/Lumi access is off by default.

Memory

ORI Memory/personalization controls are subject to the controls made available in the product. Users may delete or manage available memory.

Model Improvement

Private Journal/Lumi content is not used for general AI model training. GoodThought may use appropriate aggregated/de-identified analytics, evaluations, synthetic data, and explicit feedback to improve the Services, subject to applicable law.

Third-Party AI

GoodThought may use third-party AI technology. Where applicable, GoodThought will disclose material third-party AI use and contractually/technically limit provider use of GoodThought user data for general model training unless expressly authorized.

Accuracy

ORI may be inaccurate or incomplete. Users should verify important information and seek professional advice where appropriate.

Safety

Reported or flagged ORI responses may be reviewed for safety and quality. GoodThought may retain limited information needed to investigate a report, subject to access controls and retention limits.
