Ownership

GoodThought and its licensors own the GoodThought Services and their original content, software, design, trademarks, and other protected materials except where rights belong to users or third parties.

Respect for Rights

Users may not upload, publish, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use content in a manner that infringes another person’s copyright or other rights.

User Content

Users retain rights they have in their content and grant GoodThought the limited rights necessary to operate the Services, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable settings.

Copyright Complaints

A rights holder who believes content on GoodThought infringes copyright may contact legal@goodthought.app with sufficient information to identify the work, the allegedly infringing material, the claimant’s contact information, and a good-faith statement of the claim.

Good-Faith Review

GoodThought may remove, restrict, or disable access to allegedly infringing content while investigating a complaint. GoodThought may request additional information and may take action required by applicable law.

Repeat Infringement

GoodThought may restrict or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual-property rights, consistent with applicable law and these Terms.
