Purpose
GoodThought is intended to support thoughtful, respectful, safe interaction.
Expected Conduct
- Treat users, experts, staff, and contributors respectfully.
- Use your own account and do not impersonate others.
- Respect privacy and confidentiality.
- Provide honest information when interacting with experts or using marketplace services.
- Follow applicable law and the instructions of session hosts.
Prohibited Conduct
- Harassment, threats, intimidation, stalking, or abuse.
- Hate, discriminatory attacks, or targeted degrading content.
- Sexual exploitation or inappropriate sexual conduct.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, account sharing, or unauthorized access.
- Spam, malicious software, scraping, or attempts to disrupt the Services.
- Unauthorized recording, redistribution, or disclosure of private session information where prohibited.
- Submitting false or misleading expert credentials or claims.
Enforcement
GoodThought may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, suspend experts, or terminate relationships for serious or repeated violations. GoodThought may act immediately where safety or security requires it.
Appeals
Users and experts may contact GoodThought support or the applicable review channel to report or appeal enforcement decisions.
