This policy applies to the GoodThought Services described in this document and is subject to applicable law.
Subscriptions
GoodThought may offer paid subscriptions for access to specified digital features or content. The applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and included features will be shown before purchase.
Billing
Payments may be processed by Stripe or another authorized payment provider. Payment confirmation, refunds, and transaction records may be provided by the payment provider and GoodThought.
Automatic Renewal
If a subscription automatically renews, the renewal frequency and price will be disclosed before purchase. Users can manage cancellation through the method provided in the Services.
Price Changes
GoodThought may change subscription prices prospectively with notice where required. Any legally required renewal disclosures or consent will be provided.
Taxes and Currency
Applicable taxes may be added or handled according to the customer’s location and transaction structure. Payment providers may present local currency where supported.
Cancellation
Cancellation generally stops future renewal and does not automatically create a refund for a period already paid unless the applicable refund policy or law provides otherwise.
Platform and Entitlement Rules
Web subscriptions use Stripe; iOS subscriptions use Apple App Store; Android subscriptions use Google Play. GoodThought maintains a unified entitlement record while the applicable billing platform remains authoritative for its transaction. Cross-platform access may be recognized through the same GoodThought account, subject to platform rules.
Trial and Renewal Rules
The consumer trial is 15 days and is available once per person/account across GoodThought. The trial begins when the applicable billing platform confirms the entitlement. After the trial, the selected Monthly, Annual, Family Monthly or Family Annual plan automatically renews unless cancelled, subject to platform authorization and rules.
Grace Period and Post-Expiry
If a platform reports an active billing retry/grace entitlement, GoodThought keeps full premium access. When the platform reports expiry, premium access ends. The account and permitted personal data remain intact and selected free experiences may remain available.
