This policy supplements GoodThought's Privacy Policy and explains the handling of consumer health and wellness information in GoodThought's wellbeing services.

Potential Information

• Wellbeing goals and preferences.
• Journal/Lumi entries where users choose to provide them.
• ORI personalization and memory information.
• Information provided in expert sessions where applicable.
• Wellbeing activity or assessment responses where collected.

Use and Sharing

GoodThought uses this information to provide requested wellbeing experiences, personalization, expert services, support, security and permitted improvement. Private Journal/Lumi and personal ORI information are not automatically shared with family members, Corporate Admins, employers or other experts.

Corporate Wellness

Corporate programs may provide aggregate or otherwise permitted organizational insights. Corporate Admins do not automatically receive individual Journal/Lumi, ORI Memory, private wellbeing or private expert-session information.

Rights and Deletion

Users may request applicable access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection or consent-withdrawal rights by contacting privacy@goodthought.app. Lawful retention exceptions described in the Privacy Policy continue to apply.

Private Journal/Lumi and personal ORI information are not automatically shared with family members, Corporate Admins, employers or other experts. Corporate reporting is limited to permitted aggregate or organizational insights under the applicable agreement and law.
