Corporate & Organization Terms

1. Scope

These Terms apply to organizations purchasing or administering GoodThought corporate wellbeing services, seats, programs or related offerings.

2. Organization Account

The organization is responsible for authorized administrators, seat assignment, billing information, acceptable use by its users and compliance with applicable law.

3. Individual Users

Individual users remain subject to the consumer-facing Terms and applicable policies unless an organization agreement expressly provides otherwise.

4. Organizational Data

GoodThought will process organizational and user information as described in the applicable order, agreement and Privacy Policy. GoodThought will not provide organizations with private Journal/Lumi content merely because a user participates in an organizational program unless the user expressly authorizes it or disclosure is required by law.

5. Reporting

Where organizational reporting is offered, GoodThought will use the configuration and aggregation approach disclosed for the program. Reports should be designed to minimize unnecessary identification of individuals.

6. Administrators

Administrators must use administrative controls only for legitimate organizational purposes and must not use them to access private user content unless expressly authorized and legally permitted.

7. Fees and Renewals

Commercial pricing, seats, invoices, taxes, renewal and cancellation terms are governed by the applicable order form or organization agreement.

8. Compliance

Organizations are responsible for their own employment, benefits, health, privacy and regulatory obligations. GoodThought does not provide legal advice.

9. Security

GoodThought maintains reasonable security measures and may require organizations to use appropriate authentication and administrative controls.

10. Governing Law

Unless an organization agreement states otherwise, Delaware law and applicable federal U.S. law govern, subject to mandatory local law.
